Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Victoria BC | Juby Chan

Juby is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario and the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. She graduated from the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practice.

Having been immersed in Traditional Chinese Medicine from a young age, Juby rediscovered the healing benefits of TCM and acupuncture while navigating her own postpartum health challenges and experience with Long COVID. This personal journey ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine and shaped her passion for helping others reconnect with their health and well-being.

Juby has a particular interest in women’s health, fertility support, postpartum care, perimenopause and menopause, mental wellness, and internal medicine. Her intention is to support women through the many cycles and transitions of life, helping them feel more grounded, connected, and at home in their bodies.

Known for her compassionate presence and ability to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, Juby takes a personalized approach to care. She looks beyond the presenting symptoms to understand the underlying patterns and imbalances within the body, creating treatments tailored to each individual.

Juby is also double-certified in facial rejuvenation with cosmetic acupuncture. Her facial treatments incorporate individualized body acupuncture to support the whole person rather than focusing solely on external appearance. She has completed additional training in fertility support, as well as endometriosis and PCOS support.

At the heart of Juby’s practice is a belief that healing begins with connection—connection to ourselves, our bodies, and the space to slow down and listen to what we need.

Outside of the clinic, Juby is balancing the beautiful business of life with her two young children. She finds her own sense of stillness in nature, by the water, and through continuing to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
