Root-Cause Health Assessments

Our approach is guided by functional medicine principles, recognizing that symptoms are often expressions of underlying imbalance rather than the root issue. We focus on supporting immune system function and overall resilience by addressing nutrition, stress, movement, underlying infections and environmental factors that influence health.
"As I began seeing more patients with symptoms related to immune health that felt complex and not fully addressed through manual treatment alone, I recognized the need to broaden my skill set. I wanted to better understand how to support patients beyond hands-on care, while still working in conjunction with my osteopathy services. This led me to Dr Stewart Gillespie’s Innate Immunity® approach. Through mentorship and training, I’ve learned to explore patterns in a person’s health history to better understand factors that may be influencing the symptoms they’re experiencing today."

The Process

1

Identify Your Immune Type

Based on the Innate Immunity® framework by Dr Stewart Gillespie, this assessment looks at your health history to uncover patterns that may influence how your immune system responds today. Identifying your immune type allows us to better understand how past stressors and experiences may be shaping current symptoms, and helps guide supportive, individualised strategies.

2

Protocol Development

After identifying your immune type, we focus on supporting your body’s natural immune balance and regulation using personalized, evidence-informed strategies. By blocking the immune response we don't want and guiding the body back to its natural immunity.

3

14 & 30 Day Follow-Up

After starting your protocol we do a check-in at 14 days and 30 days to assess symptoms and make any  adjustments to your protocol.

Fees

Initial Assessment and two follow-up calls at 14 and 30 days - $297
