Our Osteopathic Practitioners
Georgia Haley Owner
- Victoria and Stony Plain Clinics
As a kid I marvelled at the wondrous work of our family osteopath Terrance Vardy, when accompanying my mom to her osteopathy appointments. How a headache suddenly gone, how that sore spot wasn't so sore anymore. Curiosity got the better of me and I found myself graduating with a Masters Of Osteopathic Medicine in Australia.

Shortly after graduating I moved to Canada to marry my soul mate and began the journey of opening Elements Osteopathy for the Victoria, BC community.

Treating health problems at the root cause is a foundational element to the practice of osteopathy. The holistic approach to treatment is refreshing, simple, and effective. I love getting to understand someone's difficulties and being able to help them.

Getting you back to what you love in a natural and effective way is my mission and I can't wait to help you get there.

Sebastian Gleeson-Power
- Victoria Clinic
My name is Sebastian Gleeson-Power, and I'm an Osteopathic Practitioner hailing from Byron Bay, Australia. My practice revolves around gaining a deep understanding of each individual's condition and utilizing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and restriction.
However, the true fulfillment in my profession lies in witnessing the gradual transformation of my clients—a resurgence of confidence, self-awareness, and resilience. This transformation is often the result of diligent effort behind the scenes, but as your osteopath, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way.
Choosing to see an osteopathic practitioner means staying well-informed about your journey towards vitality and effectively managing pain, rather than enduring it without comprehension.
Agostina Franco
- Victoria Clinic, Starting April 2026
I’ve always been fascinated by anatomy and human movement. An exercise science class in high school, along with my love of weightlifting, sparked a passion for understanding how our bodies perform, recover, and heal. This interest led me to study Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, where I also worked as a personal trainer and became more aware of the pain many people live with day to day.

Wanting to continue down the path of rehabilitation, I went on to the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I spent four years learning to assess and treat the body as a whole. I love that no two patients are ever the same, and that each body is a unique puzzle to solve. Mentoring under one of the Academy’s professors helped refine my approach to care, allowing me to work more effectively with all layers of the body. I enjoy exploring each person’s unique story and identifying the root cause of their discomfort.

Recently, my husband and I moved to Victoria with our dog, Charlie, and I’m excited to be getting to know this community. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, weight training, and relaxing with a coffee and a good thriller.

In my treatments, you can expect to gain a better understanding of what’s happening in your body, along with a clear plan for how we’ll work together to reduce strain on the structures causing discomfort. My approach is gentle, non-invasive, and focused on helping you move more freely with less pain.
