As a kid I marvelled at the wondrous work of our family osteopath Terrance Vardy, when accompanying my mom to her osteopathy appointments. How a headache suddenly gone, how that sore spot wasn't so sore anymore. Curiosity got the better of me and I found myself graduating with a Masters Of Osteopathic Medicine in Australia.

Shortly after graduating I moved to Canada to marry my soul mate and began the journey of opening Elements Osteopathy for the Victoria, BC community. I then moved to Stony Plain Alberta and have continued to provide osteopathy care to the Alberta community through a second clinic.
​
Treating health problems at the root cause is a foundational element to the practice of osteopathy. The holistic approach to treatment is refreshing, simple, and effective. I love getting to understand someone's difficulties and being able to help them.

Getting you back to what you love in a natural and effective way is my mission and I can't wait to help you get there.
